Manager’s Assistant: Brenda Lee Lyons

BACKGROUND: Originally from Jamaica, Brenda has called the Caymans home for eight years. Certainly not a stranger to customer service, she is also employed with Cayman Airways. She likes the fact that London House is so small and offers such a warm environment. “It’s very secluded, and we have a wonderful beach and friendly staff,” she explains. “It’s a great getaway for anyone looking for quiet and relaxation.”
PHILOSOPHY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE: Simple. Give customers whatever they want. “I like meeting new people and making them happy,” says Brenda. She appreciates that London House has the amenities in place that allow for good customer service to be so rewarding. “We are really able to cater to everyone.”
GREATEST SATISFACTION: “I have never heard any of our guests say they didn’t have a great time. They always want to come back!”
