LONDON HOUSE BOOKING GUIDELINES:
- A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation and the remaining 50% payment is due upon arrival. For stays between December 20 and Jan 4, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% payment is due mid October.
- Deposit is refundable if notice is given 90 days or more before the reservation date.
- All rates quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and travelers checks accepted.
- Personal cheques accepted for advance deposits only.
- Additional person $30.00 per day.
- 6% gratuity and 10% Government Tax added to your invoice.
- 12:00 noon check-out, and 3:00 pm check-in.
