We offer one, two or three-bedroom, central air-conditioned apartments with private patios or balconies overlooking the blue Caribbean, modern fully-equipped kitchens and spacious living/dining areas. Most units have new Heavenly Beds, flat screen TVs, and DVD players. All our condos have washers and dryers in each apartment. And London House even offers wireless Internet access."

The Grounds

We take pride in our impeccable maintenance of the grounds to ensure you will always remember the natural beauty of London House. And we've recently enhanced our landscaping and added uplighting to show off our newly-decorated building. We've also refurbished the swimming pool and have new poolside furniture. Relaxing on your balcony or terrace, tanning poolside or on the beach on new, luxurious beach loungers, or simply lying in the shade of our comfortable Hammock House, you’ll enjoy our spectacular flower gardens and our stately casuarina trees.

If you are feeling more active, you can round up others for a game of beach volleyball right on the property or partake in a friendly shuffleboard match on the fully-equipped court. And when evening comes, you can enjoy a cookout at our Caymanian stone barbecue or feast your eyes on an unforgettable Seven Mile Beach sunset. There is something for everyone – young and old – at London House.

Three Bedroom (Penthouse)

Designed by a leading Caribbean architect, our three-bedroom Penthouse reflects an unsurpassed level of quality and luxury. This Caribbean jewel features a private elevator, cathedral and vaulted ceilings, a stone wet bar, a marble and mirrored Master Bath ensuite, two additional bedroom/bathroom ensuites, washer and dryer, TV/DVD player and free wireless Internet access. While lounging on the circular balcony, you’ll enjoy the panorama of white sands and the beautiful blue ocean, lingering often for the spectacular Seven Mile Beach sunset.

They come in a variety of styles and layouts:

• Oceanview – includes view of pool, grounds and ocean from balcony or patio
• Oceanfront – includes full view of beach and ocean from balcony or patio
• Oceanfront Deluxe – includes 2 baths, and a panoramic view of the Caribbean.
